Heritage The Villas, formally known as Heritage The Residence is set on the unspoilt southwest coast of Mauritius, offering premium villa accommodation within a unique environment. All guests have full and unlimited access to the two neighbouring sister resorts of Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa and the Heritage Awali Spa & Golf Resort and the 18-hole championship golf course.
These attractive plantation-style villas are set within 200 hectares of a nature reserve and enjoy views over the golf course. There are two, three and four-bedroom villas, each built with quality finishes and enjoy the use of a golf buggy to enjoy the resort to its fullest. The villas have air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, infinity pools, large verandas, a BBQ area, a gazebo and landscaped tropical gardens.
A stay at Heritage The Villas is a unique experience and can be tailored to each guest's individual requirements. It provides guests with the flexibility to do exactly what they want, when they want, yet enjoy the full facilities at Heritage Le Telfair or Awali. There are food and drink packages that guests can pre-order and if they don't want to cook it themselves, can enjoy the services of a chef, whilst they sit back and relax. Alternatively, guests can choose to eat out every night in one of the 12 restaurants at the two resorts, the choices are endless.

Guests at Heritage The Residences can use the children's & teens club, complimentary at Heritage Awali and Heritage Le Telfair:
Baby Timomo is available complimentary for babies from 0 to 35 months. It is open 7 days a week and babies are cared for by baby nurses who are trained in first aid and childcare.
Timomo Kids Club is available complimentary for children from 3 to 11 years of age, 7 days a week. There is a host of activities such as fitness classes, sports classes, sega dance classes, mini culinary workshops, mini-golf and much more.
Teenagers are invited to join the weekly activity schedule specially prepared for them. Activities include golf initiation, karaoke, tennis and beach volleyball tournaments, sega parties around a bonfire, horse riding and quad biking (at additional cost). Facilities also include Wii games consoles and pool tables.
