Discover Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi City, the capital city of the UAE, is an intriguing area made up of several islands. The sweeping Corniche, with its Manhattan-like backdrop, is one of the city’s central hubs and is the place for joggers, cyclists, walkers, sun worshippers, bathers or those who wish to sip a fragrant coffee and watch the world go by. Here, the clean, well-managed, Blue Flag public beach complete with lifeguards edges the clear, safe waters of the Arabian Gulf. This part of the city is linked to Abu Dhabi mainland by four main bridges giving easy access to a host of attractions and signature destinations including Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.

Yas Island

Yas Island, home to the magnificent Yas Marina Circuit is host to the annual Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The iconic Yas Viceroy is the only hotel in the world straddling an F1 race track. It is also home to the stunning Yas Links golf course and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi - the world’s largest indoor theme park.

Saadiyat Island

Saadiyat Island is home to some stunning resorts along with the Manarat Al Saadiyat arts and culture exhibition centre and the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club with its 18-hole championship-ready ‘ocean’ course designed by golfing legend Gary Player.
