Lisbon City’s culture has distinctly modern elements such as street murals, quirky boutiques, hip cafes, and a thriving live music scene infused with reminders of ages past in the form of the ancient stone streets and candy-coloured buildings of its old town. Beyond the confines of the city, you can explore fairy-tale castles and manor houses in the forested area of Sintra, or relax on picture-perfect beaches in Cascais.

The summer months average 12 hours sunshine a day with temperatures peaking in July & August at 29°C with the Spring and Autumn months averaging a pleasant 18-22°C.

Travel Details
Faro and Lisbon Airports are easily accessed from all parts of the UK with regular flights from scheduled, charter and low-cost airlines. More frequent flights are available through the summer months. Flights to the Algarve take approximately 2.5 hours and Lisbon 3 hours.
