Discover Hua Hin

The seaside town of Hua Hin is located just a few hours drive or train ride from Bangkok, making it a popular getaway with tourists seeking an accessible coastal escape. This affluent destination has been a favourite holiday spot of the Thai royal family since the 1920s, and is still the site of the current king’s summer residence .

Hua Hin’s long, palm-lined sandy beach offers endless opportunities for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling, and its lush surrounds encompass caves, waterfalls, mountains and national parks waiting to be explored.

The town’s vibrant market is great for shopping and sampling local culinary specialities from streetside stalls, while Cicada Market in neighbouring Cha-Am offers a more arty experience, with its quirky selection of handcrafted wares.
