Situated 575 miles south of Miami, the Turks & Caicos Islands consist of eight islands and a host of tiny cays. With miles of pristine white sandy beaches, secluded cays and the world’s third-largest coral reef system, this is a place to revel in pure escapism. Pinnacles of coral are surrounded by vast expanses of sand and ravines plied by shoals of tiny fish, making these a divers’ paradise, with the attraction of reef, wreck diving and an abundance of exotic marine life in crystal clear waters.
Providenciales is the main tourist island - known as Provo by the ‘belongers’ (locals) and has resort hotels of a high standard with each having its unique charm and facilities together with world-class spas and cuisine. There is also an 18-hole championship golf course located on the northern shore and is within easy reach of the Grace Bay Club.
Getting There
British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly seasonally to Turks and Caicos from London. The direct flight time is approximately 12 hours, although many flights will have a short touchdown. You can fly indirectly via Miami, making it an ideal twin-centre holiday.

The average range temperature is between 26°C and 32°C. The dry season is traditionally considered from January to May and the wet season June to November.
