The weather in Malaysia is hot, humid and sunny year round, but depending on the season rainfall can be heavy.
The best time to visit the west coast of Malaysia, including Penang and Langkawi is between December and March, the main rainy season is April to October. The best time to visit Eastern Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpar, Desaru Coast and Malaysian Borneo is from March to October, the main rainy season is November to February.

Getting There
Direct flights from London are available to Kuala Lumpur on British Airways or Malaysian Airlines, taking approximately 13 hours. Alternatively, there are excellent options via Dubai and Doha from London and regional airports.
From Kuala Lumpur there are excellent domestic connections to Penang, Langkawi and Borneo.
