An original gunpowder room dating back to 18th century French colonial Mauritius, our fine dining space exudes the charm of a bygone era; with rustic stones walls and floors, antique wine barrels and chandeliers. Traditional Creole cuisine is served on Monday to Friday evenings, while an Omakase Japanese menu is available for dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On Saturday and Sunday nights, The Herb Trail hosts a unique Communal al fresco setting with an underground fire pit and smokehouse set within a herb garden. A four-course set menu of dishes slow-cooked in an underground fire pit, purpose-built within the herb garden.
