The tents have every mod-con necessary for a truly relaxing stay, including hot showers, comfortable beds and a balcony with a sweeping view of the tranquil Ping River.
During the day, guests take part in a variety of activities, including meeting the resident elephants and learning about the lives of their carers, the Mahouts. Enjoy sundowners on mountaintops and time in the Elephant Cafe, where you will get up close and personal with the gentle giants in their natural habitat. In the evening, enjoy delicious Thai dishes in the open-air restaurant and take a dip in the peaceful infinity pool. Activities
Guests can choose from one or two day tours, which include a range of activities including interacting with and feeding elephants, spending time at the Elephant Cafe, where the gentle giants roam peacefully in front of you, exploring the life of the mahouts (elephant handlers) in their Karen Hilltribes and enjoying a mountain-top sundowner overlooking the River Ping.
The elephant activities include meeting, feeding and watching them bathe, learning more about how Elephant Hills cares for them, making paper from elephant dung and sampling “Kafee Boran” and “kanom krok”, a traditional coffee and breakfast snack.
