Rose of Sharon is an elegant 6 bedroom villa located in a pristine location on the Sandy Lane Estate. The house has recently been extensively extended and renovated and now includes an additional outhouse with a purpose-built gym and top-class equipment that includes TV, audio equipment, etc. In addition, the grounds have been extended and the garden landscaped.

Living can either be indoors or on the covered terrace overlooking the large swimming pool and tropical gardens which stretch to one and a half acres. The ground floor of the main house includes a large air-conditioned living room opening onto the covered terrace and a separate dining room and a further breakfast/kitchen area.

Guests have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility at Sandy Lane beach.

Bedrooms

There are 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house on the first floor, with two Master bedrooms each having its own ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms. The additional 2 bedrooms are located in a recently built guest cottage across from the pool, with their own living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom.

Staff

    The vast majority of villas in Barbados come with staff included. They are there to welcome you and make your stay as stress-free as possible and will remain as unobtrusive as you require. From villas with just a housekeeper to villas with a full staff including butlers and cooks.

      Rose of Sharon comprises the following staff:

      • Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm.
      • Each staff member has one day off a week.

       

      Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach facility

      Dene Court enjoys access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners’ Beach Facility located beside the Sandy Lane Hotel, complete with your own cabana where you can store your personal items.  Lounge chairs, an umbrella and changing rooms are also available for your use and a bar offering refreshments for a fee and a sheltered seating area make for enjoyable days at the beach, including swimming in the sea and walks along the sand.
