The cuisine is of the highest standard serving a wide range of International and Caribbean dishes as well as daily vegetarian options all carefully complemented by an enticing choice of wines. Water sports are available from the beach and a “Nature Walk” around the property identifying the many indigenous plants, flowers and trees has been prepared for the benefit of all guests. The social scene, with regular live entertainment, revolves around The Bamboo Bar on the edge of the beach and the open-air cocktail lounge.

The Flamboyant Room
Guests can enjoy a wide range of International and Caribbean dishes as well as daily vegetarian options, all carefully complemented by an enticing selection of wines to suit. Fish and lobster are brought fresh to the beach by passing fishermen, whilst local herbs, vegetables and fruits are selected at the market and from local farms. East Winds is also a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the International Association of Gastronomy.
A full bar and light snack service is offered at the beach and pool areas and an all day light bites menu is available between 12:30 - 7:00pm daily.

Children aged 8-15 years are welcome at East Winds year-round - children under 8yrs are not accepted at the hotel at any time. Child rates apply when children 8-15 years share with 2 adults or with 1 adult in a single room. Room occupancies are limited to 2 children per room on rollaway extra beds. There is no kids club or programme of activities at the hotel.

Weddings can be arranged in a choice of pretty locations. The wedding package includes your legal fees, marriage license and certificate, registrar’s fees, decorated location, bouquet for the bride and buttonhole for the groom, wedding cake, one bottle of champagne, return taxi to the lawyers office, special champagne dinner for bride and groom.
Honeymoons
Honeymooners and couples celebrating a special wedding anniversary also receive a champagne dinner at the hotel on an evening of their choice.
