All change at the Sheraton Algarve
The Sheraton Algarve has undergone an exciting multi-million pound enhancement project over the past year and towards the end of June 2016 renovations will be completed and this much loved hotel will reopen as Pine Cliffs Hotel, A Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve. Here’s a round-up of what’s been happening over the past 18 months.
NEW-LOOK HOTEL ROOMS
As well as the new Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites, the Pine Cliffs Hotel have been busy renovating all of the Premium Rooms which now consist of Premium Deluxe and Premium Grand Deluxe Rooms featuring contemporary interiors whilst maintaining the traditional signature headboard motifs the hotel is known for. The Premium Duplex Suites enjoy a contemporary, split level design with separate sleeping and living areas. Stylishly designed en-suites feature an invigorating rainfall shower whilst premium Duplex suites boast a stunning oval bath.
NEW HOTEL WING
A new wing has been added to the Pine Cliffs Hotel and is now home to 76 luxury apartments known as the Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve. These chic apartments range from one, two and three bedroom suites boasting excellent kitchen facilities and the benefit of all the Hotel amenities as well as Butler Service and a Kids Concierge. There’s also a new swimming pool and an underground parking area that has been added to this new part of the resort. The new wing will be open from the end of June 2016.
NEW SPA & HEALTH CLUB
One of the most extraordinary and alluring additions will be Pine Cliffs’ highly anticipated new state-of-the-art Serenity Spa – an unrivalled 1000 m2 haven of inspired indigenous wellness experiences that will finally place Portugal on the radar of savvy spa goers.
NEW DINING EXPERIENCES
The hotel’s restaurants and bars have also been reinvented. Existing outlets such as Jardim Colonial and Portulano have benefitted from a full physical and conceptual overhaul, and will also be complimented by a new Health Outlet featuring a juice and tonic bar. Later this year, the resort will unveil two brand new culinary destinations including the Corda Square market restaurant and Portofino, serving fine Italian cuisine.
