Söll is one of the most popular ski resorts in Europe with English speaking guests, it is a lively resort that offers good value for money and is a pretty village with an attractive pedestrianized centre. It’s the best-known gateway to a celebrated circuit that enables skiers to visit neighbouring resorts. The villages of Söll, Ellmau, Scheffau, Itter, Hopfgarten, Kelchsau and Westendorf form the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental: one of the largest and most modern linked ski regions in Austria, set between the Kitzbüheler Alps and the Wilder Kaiser mountains. There are more than 90 lifts serving 123 runs totalling 284kms of runs. There are dozens of good pit stops – 77 in all! - for lunch or just quick refreshment.
