COVID-19

The COVID-19 Pandemic has placed us in a position where we need to make decisions in order to put the safety of our clients and staff as our highest priority.

With this in mind we have come to the decision that it has become essential to temporarily close the doors to our retail branches and ensure the well being of our staff and clients.

In line with government advice on social distancing we have closed our doors to limit the amount of contact our staff and clients are exposed to. Our team are still available to answer your questions by email and can be reached by emailing enquiry@prestburytravel.co.uk.

We will be contacting clients who currently have bookings and may be affected. We are working through these bookings in date order and will be in touch shortly.

We thank you for your understanding in us having to take such precautions. We hope you and your family stay well and look forward to seeing you all when we re-open the doors to our branches.

Best Wishes
From all at Prestbury Travel

          Saalbach

Two first-class resorts, sharing 200km of extensive skiing

Use the drop-down menu below to explore Saalbach.

One of Europe’s most exciting circuses – in both senses of the word is the Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The attractive villages may be only 4km apart (Saalbach is the larger resort of the two with a charming centre with stylish shops and cafés) but they form a vast ski circus in the picturesque Glemm valley. And with après-ski partying starting early every afternoon, at bars such as the 'Hinterhag Alm' in Saalbach, it makes for a fun and vibrant ski escape.

Those who want to continue into the night could try Saalbach's most popular tavern Costello's. As for the skiing – it’s truly excellent. With 55 lifts and 200km of pistes, this valley is a dream for intermediate skiers. But there’s plenty of excellent off-piste available too. And don’t miss the long, flowing run down to neighbouring Leogang – often overlooked by visitors! It’s a wonderful long north-facing run all the way down to Leogang. With perhaps a quick pit stop at the rustic Kraller Alm chalet.
